Most of my research is quantitative as I seek to understand “why.” I can conduct in-lab usability testing as well as remote usability testing. I have experience creating research plans, organizing research, conducting research and creating research reports. Empathy is needed for every step of the process, I use it to understand the end user, but I also use it to understand the stakeholders and designers needs.

I have played many roles as a researcher: lead researcher, UX advocate, moderator, notetaker, teacher, student, and problem solver. I understand the goals of the project and deliver relevant research.
